Staples will send each user reports detailing volumes purchased by customer and branch.

Staples will set security controls on your account to those person(s) authorized by you.

Staples offers a convenience card to receive the same pricing on in-store purchases. The pricing is done “back room” so your store receipt will not reflect the discount pricing but your monthly billing will. You can choose multiple cards or multiple authorized purchasers on one card. You can also set card limits by individual card.

Staples will deliver to any bank or branch location.

Staples bills weekly for all purchases under one bill or each branch separately.

Staples payment terms are net 30 and you must remain current to use this program.
